Founded by celebrated Vancouver-born chef David Hawksworth — who spent a decade honing his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe including Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons — the restaurant is best described as ingredient-led contemporary Canadian cuisine, rooted in the classics and elevated with bold, modern West Coast sensibility.
The dining room has been reimagined by internationally renowned design firm Studio Munge into three distinct spaces: the cocktail bar and lounge, the elegant Pearl Room, and the Art Room.
