The menu is a flavourful journey through the subcontinent. Highlights include crispy golden dosas served with coconut chutney and sambar, soft idly, vadas, uttapam, bhaji and tangy tamarind rice. Guru Lukshmi is a paradise for vegetarians — almost the entire menu is meat-free — and a dedicated Jain menu is available for those following a strict plant-based diet.
